This year, our team is excited to present an updated Semi-Finals format at the 2025 Breeders Challenge Finale in the Open Futurity and Open Derby divisions. This update is our response to feedback from owners, riders and past qualifiers requesting the opportunity for an additional Finale qualification round in the Futurity and Derby divisions, as well as the opportunity to run at increased payouts at the Semi-Finals level. Below is an over of the format changes, but you can read the full details in the General Rules on our website.

It is alwasy our goal to have an open mind regarding feedback and ways we can continue making this program better and more relevant to those owners, riders, trainers and breeders investing in the growth of our industry.
